I won't return to this hotel because of the grill staff, Reef restaurant staff and food and a few of the front desk staff. Really take in and apply the suggestions in these reviews. Don't you realise that you need to encourage new guests to become recurring guests? This hotel can be guaranteed to be packed all the time if they really made some simple improvements to the customer service and the food. The grumpy staff seems to be friendly with the longtime familiar guests of the hotel, but not new guests. You have to buy the steak even though it's featured on the website. The a la carte restaurant should close down. The women who operate the grills act like they're forced to be there and hate interacting with guests. The majority of the staff are friendly and helpful but those that aren't really detracts from the experience and the rest of the hardworking and helpful staff. The facility is in need of renovation but everything works well.
